CATHEDRAL ROCK- Cathedral Rock is a vortex proper, and there is no mistaking the power or the presence there.  It is a very sacred place approached only in respect, and considered to be a magnetic vortex which helps one easily access their memory, extending into past-life information.  Such vortexes also make it easier to make contact with the "unseen" worlds and their inhabitants such as angels, nature spirits and spirit guides.    At Cathedral Rock you are also in an energy field that allows you to connect with the Earth.  By resonating with the Earth you can experience a realignment and healing of the energy field of the body.  You may experience activation of dormant circuits of the central nervous system which activates psychic abilities, experiences and sensitivities.  Cathedral Rock energy is very nurturing and supportive which is why the Native Americans used this energy for healing the body, mind and spirit.  We will be using the highly felt energy to understand the unseen energies within our physical bodies
BOYNTON CANYON-   The Boynton Canyon vortex is said to be the largest of the vortex areas in Sedona, its energy reaching out approximately ten miles in all directions.  Boynton Canyon is a powerful electromagnetic vortex of balanced electrical and magnetic energies, which has a healing and balancing influence.  Electromagnetism helps to create compatibility and harmony between all life forms on the planet.  This Canyon is considered a major Native American sacred site.  The Yavapai Indians, who lived in the area for many generations, have a traditional teaching of the legend of the Goddess Earth Spirit who inhabits the Canyon.  Boynton Canyon is a place of initiation into the mysteries of the earth, a "crossroads", an "in-between place", where Spirit makes itself known to beings of the physical plane.   We give prayers of thanksgiving and contact the Spirit of Boynton Canyon for direction and guidance.
OAK CREEK CANYON - Oak Creek meanders through one of the most  beautiful canyons in the West.  Red is a color that triggers us neurologically; it stimulates and exhilarates.  Historically, Oak Creek Canyon was recognized as a purification site by Native Americans.  When Native Americans talk about purification, they speak in terms of balance and harmony.  It is not only the body that is cleansed but the mind and spirit as well. The Spirit of Oak Creek provides an ambiance that allows the feeling of renewal to take charge; a Spirit of new beginnings.  On to Flagstaff as we  reach an altitude of 7800 feet and see Ponderosa Pines and Aspen trees we continue on through the San Francisco Peaks, the highest mountain range in Arizona and  on to the Grand Canyon.
